If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, file a takedown notice using the process below — we act on valid notices within 1–2 business days.

Who can file a notice

You may file a DMCA notice if you are the copyright owner or an agent authorised to act on the owner's behalf. Material misrepresentations in a notice carry penalties under U.S. federal law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) — please file in good faith.

What your notice must include

To comply with the DMCA, your written notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g. a registration number, a URL of the original on your own site, or a clear description).
3. Identification of the specific URLs on PNGImages.com you want removed — one URL per line, please. We need precise links, not "everything in this category".
4. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

What happens next

Once we receive a complete notice we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 1 business day.
• Remove or disable access to the listed URLs within 1–2 business days.
• Notify the user who uploaded the content (if known) and provide them with a copy of your notice.
• Retain the notice for our records and any subsequent counter-notification process.

Counter-notification

If you uploaded content that was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where PNGImages.com may be found).
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the original notifier.

Repeat-infringer policy

We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, with or without notice, that we believe infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.

Trademark concerns

For trademark or right-of-publicity claims (logos, mascots, athlete likenesses, etc.) — these are not strictly DMCA matters, but we treat them with the same seriousness. Email dmca@pngimages.com with details and we'll respond within 2 business days.
