Most likely your network or a heavy browser extension. We serve via global CDN; pages should be under 1.5 seconds. Try an incognito window first.

Search returns nothing — is it broken?

Search is full-text — try simpler keywords or check spelling. Use <a href="/categories">browse all</a> if search keeps failing.

Site looks weird on my phone — what's up?

Try landscape, or rotate the device, or use the latest browser version. Report rendering bugs via <a href="/contact-us">contact</a> with a screenshot.

Does an ad-blocker break anything?

Generally no — we don't depend on ads to render. Some download flows may flicker if a 3rd-party script gets blocked; turn off the blocker for our domain.

I'm getting a CORS error — what's wrong?

If you're hot-linking our images, please host them on your own server. Hot-linking from external domains is discouraged for performance and reliability.

My browser warns about the certificate — what to do?

All our pages use a valid Let's Encrypt cert. If you see a warning, the proxy/firewall on your network is likely re-signing the connection. Check with IT.
